The hardware on the back is rusted. Adjustable size. BTS ("Basic Tool & Supply") was a California company known for producing die struck solid brass items. Their quality and workmanship was superb. Arguably BTS was the industry leader in their particular field. All their items was manufactured in the US and were quite costly. Unfortunately, the market could not sustain their price points and after going through several hands, the BTS from the 80s & 90s was no more. Fast shipping (usually next business day).
