This is for one US Marine Corps Sergeant Major Rank Challenge Coin. It measures 1.74" in diameter. It is solid brass with a 22Kt Gold Plated finish, hand painted and clear-coated. It comes in a clear plastic sleeve and then a mini bubble bag for shipping. I bought these direct from the manufacturer in Turkey. It looks exactly like the picture.
